I am not a nutrition expert. I am very confident that eating a variety of whole foods is very important, but which foods are best for which person is best left to a qualified nutritionist. My posts here are my experience only. Still, I do recommend looking at your diet as a source of depressants or anxiety producing items, and I know if foods add to these disorders, there must be an opposite effect. Nutrients can protect us from depression and anxiety.
